Shealoe = Shea Butter + Aloe Vera.

I wanted to create something that’s moisturizing and awesome, that utilizes all the great qualities of both shea butter and aloe vera. Shealoe is a combination of Aloe Vera Juice and Shea Butter.  It contains a small amount of emulsifier and a preservative. And that’s it!  This cream is medium-thick in viscosity, has a thick but fluffy texture. Shealoe can be used as an emollient base for other creations or as a stand-alone emollient cream.

Shea butter

High concentrations of fatty acids and vitamins make shea butter an ideal cosmetic ingredient for softening skin. Shea butter has been proven to have anti-inflammatory properties. This butter contains oleic, stearic, palmitic, and linolenic acids that protect and nourish the skin to prevent drying. With long-term use, many people report skin softening and strengthening as well as wrinkle reduction.

Shea butter nourishes the skin with Vitamins A, E and F. Vitamins A and E maintain the skin and keep it clear and healthy. They are particularly helpful for sun-damaged skin and to help prevent premature wrinkles and facial lines. The Vitamin A in shea butter is important for improving skin conditions, including blemishes, wrinkles, eczema, and dermatitis. Vitamin F acts as a protector and rejuvenator soothing rough dry or chapped skin and helps soften dry or damaged hair. Additionally, shea butter has properties that treat skin allergies, insect bites, sunburn and frostbite.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera contains antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and it is highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burns, acne and dry skin. Aloe Vera can also be used on the hair to treat dandruff by rubbing it into your hair and scalp.

Aloe vera also contains compounds called polysaccharides that encourage skin repair. Because aloe vera is mostly water, it helps to hydrate the skin without that post-application greasy feeling. It helps lock moisture into the skin, while also acting as glue that makes the top layer of skin cells stick together, ultimately smoothing and softening your skin. Besides having serious antibacterial abilities, aloe vera contains salicylic acid, which is an exfoliant that helps to unclog pores, making it especially helpful if you deal with pimples and blackheads. Aloe stimulates fibroblast activity, which creates collagen production that makes the skin less wrinkled and more elastic. Prevent (and maybe even fade) dark spots.
By inhibiting tyrosinase activity, Aloe Vera is capable of suppressing UV-induced hyperpigmentation and the skin-damaging effects of sunburns.

The mixture of shea butter and aloe vera contributes multiple benefits to your skin. This is truly a product for anyone: man, woman, or child. With so many uses you don’t want to miss the benefits.

 How to use:
Apply a dime-sized amount to skin. Add more as necessary. Please note - a little goes a long way!

Daily Moisturizer: Massage into wet or dry skin daily, for ultra-softening results.

Use after shower on damp skin. It’s especially good during cold season.

Use as makeup remover: Massage your face with the Shealoe cream, for at least a solid minute, before wiping it off with cotton balls or pads, and rinse if desired.

Use as the ultimate restorative foot and hand treatment. Apply a generous amount of Shealoe to hands & feet and sleep with gloves and socks on. The ultra-softening and repairing will work its “magic” as you sleep.

Use as a lip mask/balm. Apply thick layer on your lips. I usually do it before makeup and after I finish all face, my lips are ready for lipstick. Or you can apply Shealoe overnight.

Are you an expectant or new mother? Shealoe can quickly heal stretch marks and dry skin. It also reduces old scars. In addition, it heals sore and cracked nipples.

Baby’s skin: Relieves diaper rash and prevents skin irritation on baby’s skin.

Use as an after-sun care to soothe and rehydrate the skin.

For hair, it can be used as a lubricant to massage the scalp (for the purpose of promoting hair growth), a twisting butter, styling cream, etc. Great for medium and high Porosity hair, avoid if you have low porosity hair. For detangling: apply to wet/damp sectioned hair before styling.

For man: Use as shaving cream for a smooth silky shave and after shaving to prevent razor bumps and rashes.

Will not clog pores and is safe and beneficial for all ages and skin types.

Shealoe Cream contains small amount emulsifiers (derived from vegetable oils) and a preservative and that’s it! Very simple and very effective!
