Lavender and Goat Milk Handmade Natural soap

Made from fresh goat milk, this soap is wonderful for all skin types and highly recommended for people with dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, acne, and sensitive skin. I love any soaps with goat milk! Goat milk gives nice texture for soap and soft feeling when you use it.

This soap is handmade with 100% natural plant oils by cold process soap making. As I'm an artist, I wanted to create some art design and to decorate these soap bars by dried lavender flowers and soap flowers/leaves (which I made before from soap leftovers).

I've used natural indigo powder for coloring - it's a little bit blue. Next time I will try to use higher amount of indigo, because I've got very pale tone.

Ingredients: Saponified oils - olive, sustainable palm, sustainable palm kernel, coconut, soybean, corn; organic goat milk; lactic acid; titanium dioxide (for coloring); natural indigo powder (for coloring); lavender essential oil.
You can buy Lavender&Goat Milk soap in my Etsy shop. It's also a good idea for gift!

Banana & Honey Natural Soap

This handcrafted soap is perfect to nourish your skin because it contents fresh banana puree, honey, and shea butter. This soap is handmade by hot process.
Bananas are full of vitamins and minerals and they act as a humectant on the skin (meaning they help it retain its moisture). Alex has enjoyed bananas in everything from fresh fruits to breads, but my favorite place to use them is in handmade beauty treats. You can mix bananas with just about anything else with a creamy, rich texture to create a skin soothing product - especially for dry skin. We like to use fresh banana in our everyday soap.

Shea Butter is naturally rich in Vitamins A, E, and F, as well as a number of other vitamins and minerals. Vitamins A and E help to soothe, hydrate, and balance the skin. They also provide skin collagen which assists with wrinkles and other signs of aging. Vitamin F contains essential fatty acids, and helps protect and revitalize damaged skin and hair. Shea Butter is an intense moisturizer for dry skin, and is a wonderful product for revitalizing dull or dry skin on the body or scalp.
Rice bran oil has long been successfully used in cosmetics due to the presence of natural antioxidants in it, prolonging youthfulness of the skin. An excellent moisturizer, it nourishes and protects the well-any, even the most sensitive skin. Rice oil helps to regenerate skin, prevents wrinkles, improves firmness and elasticity of the skin, has anti-inflammatory, hydrating and softening effect.

Sodium Lactate is the sodium salt of natural L(+)-Lactic Acid, produced through the fermentation of sugar, an alpha hydroxyl acid that occurs everywhere in nature. Sodium Lactate is one of the Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) constituent of skin, required in the maintenance of natural hydration. Sodium Lactate is a superior moisturizer, increasing the moisture content of skin by up to 84%.

Silk amino acids give additional smooth, “silky” feeling and create creamy bubbles.

No color and fragrance we added in this soap.
Ingredients: Saponified oil- olive, palm kernel, coconut, corn, castor, enriched by rice bran oil and unrefined shea butter, distilled water, silk amino acid, banana puree, honey, stearic acid, sodium lactate.

Matcha Green Tea Handmade Natural soap

I love drinking matcha powdered green tea! Matcha powdered green tea is better than regular green tea because they are derived from green tea plants with leaves that are shaded prior to picking. In addition, they retain more of the vitamins and antioxidants because their leaves are steamed and not exposed to oxygen.

Matcha powdered green tea offers tremendous health benefits when consumed but they’re also good when used topically because of the antioxidants from the polyphenols. Apart from soothing the skin, green tea powder offers anti-aging properties, and are often said to exert sun damage protection by quenching free radicals and reducing inflammation.

Ingredients: Saponified oil- olive, coconut, sustainable palm, castor, corn, canola; kukui oil; distilled water; lactic acid; matcha powdered green tea; fragrance (phthalate free).

Effective DIY Moisturizing Facial Mask

The holidays are coming to an end and many of us ate too much, partied a lot, and didn't work out enough. After all of the late-night parties, stress that surrounds the holidays and dehydration brought on by salty foods or alcohol intake, one of the homemade facial treatments might be just what the doctor ordered to refresh and moisturize your skin.
You need:
½ of a cucumber,
`1/4 orange,
1 tsp.  plain yogurt.

1.       Peel the cucumber.
2.        Puree cucumber in a blender or just grate it.

3.        Combine 1 teaspoon plain yogurt, 2 teaspoons orange juice and 2-3 teaspoons cucumber puree in a mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until it thickens.

4.        Wash your face and neck with mild cleanser and pat your skin dry, leaving just a little bit of moisture on your skin.
5.        Apply the mask over your face and neck evenly, avoiding your eyes, nostrils and mouth. Allow the mixture to sit on your skin for 20 minutes.
6.        Rinse the mask off with warm water, dry your face gently and apply a thin layer of moisturizer to boost this mask's hydrating benefits.

The cucumber pulp will help hydrate your skin and the vitamin C in the orange juice can help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

You can freeze leftovers of cucumber puree (or squeeze it and freeze only juice) in ice cube tray.
The use of such ice cubes gives much better result washing the face in the morning. This pleasant procedure rejuvenates the skin; tightens pores, and moisturizes your skin.
